Return and Refund Policy

 

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: To cancel your order before receiving the shipment notification, please contact our customer support at magmo_team@munecorp.com.

After Shipment: Order cancellation is not allowed once you receive the shipment notification email confirming that the parcel has been dispatched. You can initiate a return after delivery. Please refer to our "Return & Refund Policy" below for more details.

 

Return & Refund Policy

14 Days Free-Reason Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please email magmo_team@munecorp.com with your order number. The returned item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Refund Process: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them within a few days. The refund will be processed within 14 business days, and you will receive a notification email once it's initiated. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed.

 

7-Day Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Nonfunctional Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not working, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Please email magmo_team@munecorp.com with a detailed description of the issue, including pictures or a video demonstrating the problem, and a picture of the entire package. All returned items must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and must be sealed in the original packaging.

Please email magmo_team@munecorp.com with your Order Number. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
